Supported Living with Consummate Care

Consummate Care Ltd was established by its founder Ian Considine in 2003 with a view to supporting children and adults with complex social and care needs in order to assist them to reach their potential whilst living as independently as possible.

We have experience in working with a range of clients with complex individualised needs; ranging from Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) forensic behavioural needs, learning disabilities as well as physical disabilities and behaviours that present as challenging.

We have continued to grow as a provider and are proud that we have never given notice on a provision of support. We appreciate that supporting clients in the longer term, promotes a greater understanding and allows our clients' goals to be achieved.

We are currently a Preferred Provider for Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) for the Children's Disabled Services and recently won framework status as one of only ten providers to deliver supported living within Northamptonshire. We are also currently working with Northamptonshire PCT to provide care packages for a number of complex individuals.

We continue to listen to our clients needs and operate an open door policy and take any feedback as a positive step towards conjoined working with the clients' best interests in mind.
