Jobs with Consummate Care

Consummate Care believes that supporting clients is as much about matching personalities and skills as well as commitment and professionalism. You do not need to necessarily have experience in care to work with us and our clients however you must have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

We are an equal opportunities employer and each application will be viewed in the best interest of our clients' needs.

Our rates of pay vary due to differing needs for our clients, however we always endeavour to ensure our hourly rates reflect the caliber of staff we have.

As a company we realise that training, supervision and team meetings often fall on team members own personal time so we ensure that staff are paid for these.

We operate a zero hours contract in which you let us know your availability to work. This is successful due to the strong and supportive nature of our teams, which allows for holiday, sickness and contingency cover whilst ensuring working with us does not impact on your home and family life.
