How we work to support new clients:
- Receive a referral
- Meet the client and circle of support to assess the agreed needs
- Plan a provisional care plan and specification of a team
- Provide costings of how much the best level of care will cost
- Advertise for the right staff with the client
- Train and induct staff to the client and agreed care/support plan
- Manage and monitor the provision
- Quality Assure the service provided.
