How we work to support new clients:

  1. Receive a referral
  2. Meet the client and circle of support to assess the agreed needs
  3. Plan a provisional care plan and specification of a team
  4. Provide costings of how much the best level of care will cost
  5. Advertise for the right staff with the client
  6. Train and induct staff to the client and agreed care/support plan
  7. Manage and monitor the provision
  8. Quality Assure the service provided.
