Ian Considine
DirectorIan Considine is the director of Consummate Care Ltd and was driven to set up the company in 2003 to provide personalised packages for children, teenagers and adults that present with challenging behaviour. Ian spent many years working in the West Midlands and Northamptonshire teaching in both state and schools for those with special needs. He recognised that children needed support to access learning and recreational skills whilst being supported to develop life skills and enhance their personal development. This developed our ethos of dedicated commitment to long term meaningful support. Ian believes that everything we do is person centred and is driven by our commitment to the highest quality support and provisions. |
Linda Aylott
Registered ManagerLinda Aylott, Registered Manager for Consummate Care Ltd, has been a founder member of the Company since it was formed in 2003. She has a strong background in human resources and has worked in education specialising in children with behavioural and educational special needs. Linda believes strongly in the rights of her clients to lead their lives in the way they choose and strives to ensure their support is tailored in a way that enhances and empowers them. She also wholly understands that excellent support is governed by well paid and well supported staff and she strives to promote Consummate Care as a company people are proud to be a part of. |
Kacey Dean
Community Care ManagerKacey has worked in health and social care for 10 years. He has worked as a Case Manager for people with complex neurological conditions as well as providing support and treatment plans for people with acquired brain injuries in community settings. More recently Kacey has moved more into Social Care managing a four bedded supported living accommodation where he was also voted to become a representative for Kettering on the Local Disability Partnership Board. His client focused nature and passion for quality care in the community has also underpinned by his experience in developing and delivering training as well as being a Manual Handling assessor. Kacey joined Consummate Care Ltd in October 2010 and shares their common goals of promoting clients life style choices. |
