At Consummate Care we recognise the power of client choice and it is our aim to provide needs led support to people with a learning disability and/or additional complex needs.

What is supported living?
Supported Living through Consummate Care is about providing a secure, safe and stable home which enables individuals to retain choice and independence. We help vulnerable adults, including people with learning and or/physical disabilities, to live independently in the community.
Supported Living arrangements are very flexible and are designed to give each person choice and control over their home and the way they live their life.
